Emmanuel Osei (Mennel)

Emmanuel Osei, preferably called Mennel, is an accomplished International Development Professional with over 10 years of experience working within the United Nations system. He is also an experienced Business Developer and Consultant focused on supporting SMEs.

Holding an MSc in Development Finance from the University of Ghana Business School and a master’s in economics and business administration, specializing in International Business, from Aalborg University, Denmark, Emmanuel is a certified Project Manager and Monitoring & Evaluation Professional. He also obtained a diploma in IT and Business Skills and is a Chartered Economist. His educational background includes training in Global Diplomacy from the University of London and a master’s Certificate in Executive Strategic Leadership Management from the Jacobs-Abbey Global Institute for Leadership Studies.

Recognized as a leader in community development and youth empowerment, Emmanuel has dedicated over 15 years to youth-led and youth-focused leadership initiatives. A graduate of the prestigious JCI Global Networker program in Japan, he continues to mentor youth professionally and serve as a youth coach through his Mennel Leadership Mentoring Programme.

Emmanuel's vision is to reduce the leadership crisis by instilling personal leadership capabilities in youth. He also aims to decrease youth unemployment and play a major role in poverty eradication by promoting financial literacy.
