The Jacobs-Abbey Global Institute for Leadership Studies is a preeminent academic institution dedicated to research, education, training, and developing transformational leaders.
Our mission focuses on fostering strategic thinking to empower individuals to enhance their current and future realities. We believe meaningful change starts with shifting mindsets.
Founded in 2018 and headquartered in Stafford, Virginia, and a subsidiary office in Accra, Ghana, the Institute is registered as a Professional Leadership Institute and Civil Society Organization in the United States and Ghana. We have consultative status with the United Nations Economic and Social Council since 2022.
The Institute specializes in building strategic thinking to reshape cognitive patterns and drive positive change worldwide. We offer customized programs to equip, develop, and train grassroots leaders and catalyze enduring institutional transformations.
Our world-class faculty provide one-on-one mentoring and collaborative peer learning. Flagship offerings include the annual Executive Strategic Leadership Master Class, convening top professionals to elevate leadership abilities.
