The Jagils Mentorship Program is designed to foster personal and professional growth among participants by pairing them with experienced mentors in their fields of interest. This program provides guidance, support, and valuable insights to help mentees navigate their career paths effectively.

Program Structure

1. Application Process

• o Interested candidates must complete an online application form.
• o Selected candidates will undergo a brief interview to assess their goals and interests.

2. Mentor Matching:

• o Mentees will be paired with mentors based on their areas of interest and career aspirations.
• o Both mentors and mentees will receive guidelines on how to make the most of their relationship.

3. Mentorship Sessions:

o Regular one-on-one meetings (virtual or in-person) will be scheduled to discuss progress, challenges, and opportunities.

o Group workshops and networking events will also be organized throughout the program.

4. Feedback and Evaluation:

o Participants will provide feedback on their experiences to continually improve the program.
