Prince Kwasi Mensah is a Certified Coach in Workplace Mediation. He also serves a FINRA arbitrator. He has about two decades of experience in linguistics, diplomacy, international relations, healthcare management, nonprofits and book publishing.

He strongly believes that leadership is a habit that has to be nurtured though initiative and intentionality. To Prince, conflict is often interpreted in a negative light whereas it should be utilized as an opportunity to arrive at the best solution available.
