Bintou Diallo holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a Master level studies in Development and socioeconomic changes. She has a proven experience working with international public and private organizations as program manager, trainer, and consultant in the fields of education, communication, leadership and as a moderator/facilitator. She currently acts as a representative for international NGOs and private organizations in setting up their activities and programs and insuring success of their advocacy initiatives.

Her managerial skills also include management, diagnostic and operational efficiency backed by her training in sociology and bank and finance. She has represented African Monitor from 2013 to 2017, a civil society NGO based in South Africa, implementing a youth advocacy program called Voice Africa’s Future with specific focus on SDGs implementation in Burkina Faso and Senegal. As an independent consultant in development and business development, international conference facilitation, coaching, leadership, and youth advocacy, she is the co-founder of the TallMedia Group as an associate and oversees developing their LEARN division and launch of CréaHub a collaborative and creative hub for young entrepreneurs and to promote youth entrepreneurship.

She also manages business development initiatives, client experience, public and government relations, and cultural validation. Member of CIVICUS, she is a very passionate human rights defender with work and collaboration experiences in Burkina Faso, Senegal, United States, United Kingdom, Kenya, South Africa, Ghana, Côte d’Ivoire, Mali and Holland. Since March 2018, she is also the Director of Afrika Tomorrow a citizen organization promoting youth entrepreneurship (CréaHub, an incubator for young entrepreneurs), Women and youth (associations) leadership, quality Education (Sustainable Schools) and Sustainable Development Goals’ monitoring and implementation in Burkina Faso.
